Privacy – Only the information required for your order will be taken from you. We will not use it in any other way. There is an email newsletter that you can sign up for but I will not add you to this list with out your permission. A third party is used for all credit card transactions. We see none of your details and you can feel safe with this. We offer several payment options. 

Returns – This is a New Zealand owned and operated business, which means we have to comply with consumer law. Namely Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 
If you have a faulty item please contact me so we can discuss what needs to be done. I will most likely replace it but can also offer mending (where possible) on products in which have been purchased in a suitable time frame. 
If I have sent you the wrong item please note I am only human and do sometimes make mistakes. All postage costs will be covered by me. After returning the wrong item the correct one will be sent out as soon as possible. 
If you have changed your mind and you don’t want the product please get in contact to return it! If said item is in original condition a full refund, less the first postage, will be issued. This does not apply to named or customised items. So please be aware of this, I will send email/photo updates and such before sending custom products out. 

Pricing – All listings are priced in New Zealand dollars. Taxes are included in the total price of each item and shipping is calculated at the checkout based on size of your purchases.
